Cheryl was awesome. She was great from the booking to the very end of the trip. She gave great insight and tips, about each location we would be stopping at during our trip in the zoom meetings. She would send an email out for each meeting we had summarizing the important info discussed. Cheryl made everything so easy to follow for a person who had never travelled out of the country by themselves. I will definitely use Cheryl again. ????????

We felt like we were well taken care of and avoided some pitfalls that other travelers, who did not have Cheryl Sowder, as their travel advisor, experienced. I have used Cheryl Sowder for all my travel needs for several years now. She is awesome! Cheryl always goes above and beyond. She truly cares about her clients and always wants the best experience for each of us. My rating on the vacation experience is in NO WAY attributed to her. My husband and I recently booked our first trip through Jana Miller. She took care of every detail from car rental to hotels to our flights.
As the date of our trip approached, we needed to change our dates quickly due to the weather. Just getting to the airport became a major problem because of icing on the streets and overpasses.
As soon as I contacted Jana, she immediately began changing our flights, hotels, and car rentals. It was a challenge but she took great care of us. She kept us informed every step of the way. Alaska Cruise 2022 - Cruise was great and everything was planned out perfectly from arriving early prior to cruise to getting back home.
